Download Your Design- Click the membership download button. The design will be added to your account and one download will be deducted from your daily allowance.

Start Embroidering- Download the available machine embroidery files, load the correct format into your embroidery machine, and get creative.
Your daily allowance resets automatically each day.
One Design Counts as One Download
We want to keep the membership simple. When one product contains multiple embroidery file formats or multiple included sizes, claiming that product counts as: 1 Design Download It does not count every individual file inside the package as a separate design download.

What is the StitchDigitizer embroidery design membership?
The StitchDigitizer membership is a monthly subscription that allows active members to download eligible machine embroidery designs according to their plan’s daily download allowance.
Starter members can claim up to 5 designs per day, Pro members can claim up to 10, and Studio members can claim up to 20.
How many designs can I download?
Your daily limit depends on your membership:
Starter: 5 designs per day
Pro: 10 designs per day
Studio: 20 designs per day
Your available download allowance resets each day.
Do unused downloads carry over to the next day?
No.
Unused daily downloads do not roll over.
Your allowance simply resets to your plan’s daily limit each day.
For example, if your Pro Membership allows 10 downloads per day and you use only 4 today, tomorrow you will receive a fresh allowance of 10 downloads.
Does every file format count as another download?
No.
We count the design, not every individual file included with the design.
If one design includes several available machine formats or sizes, claiming the complete product still counts as one design download.
Which embroidery formats are available?
Available formats depend on the individual embroidery design.
Please check the product page before downloading to confirm that your required machine format and size are included.
Can I download the same design again?
If you have already claimed an eligible design through your membership, it will appear in your account/download history so you can access it again.
Re-downloading an already claimed design does not use another daily design allowance.
Can I purchase a design without becoming a member?
Yes.
You can continue purchasing individual embroidery designs without subscribing to a membership.
Membership is simply an additional option for customers who download designs more frequently.
Are all StitchDigitizer products included in the membership?
The membership applies to products marked as eligible for membership downloads. Certain products, services, custom digitizing projects, special products, bundles, or other excluded items may not be included. Always check the individual product page.
Is custom embroidery digitizing included?
No.
The membership is designed for eligible premade machine embroidery designs available in the StitchDigitizer design collection.
Custom embroidery digitizing is a separate service.
If you need your own logo, artwork, image, or custom idea digitized for embroidery, you can request a custom quote separately.
What happens when I reach my daily download limit?
You can continue browsing the website and accessing previously claimed designs, but you will not be able to claim additional membership designs until your daily allowance resets.
You may also upgrade to a higher membership plan if you regularly need more downloads.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
After your paid membership period ends, you will no longer be able to claim new designs using the membership benefit.
Previously claimed designs will remain associated with your account according to our membership and download terms.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes.
If your current daily allowance is not enough, you can move to a higher membership plan.
For example:
Starter → Pro
5 downloads/day → 10 downloads/day
or
Pro → Studio
10 downloads/day → 20 downloads/day
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No.
Membership accounts are intended for use by the account holder and may not be shared with other people, businesses, or organizations unless specifically permitted by our terms.
Can I share or resell downloaded embroidery files?
No.
You may not redistribute, share, upload, exchange, give away, or resell the original digital embroidery files.
Please review the StitchDigitizer license terms for complete information about permitted use.
Can I use automated tools to download designs?
No.
Automated downloading, scraping, bots, scripts, or other methods designed to automatically collect large numbers of files are prohibited.
Membership downloads are intended for genuine customer use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes.
You can cancel your recurring membership when you no longer want it to renew.
Your membership benefits remain subject to your active paid subscription period and our membership terms.
